The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZNF518B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF518B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

THYM, ESCA, and LAML are the cancer types where ZNF518B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
