ZNF514

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF514 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,154 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF514-associated genes across cancer lineages are OGT, SMG1, and UBN2. Each is linked with ZNF514 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF514-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF514 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF514 versus OGT in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF514→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF514) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
