Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF513 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF513 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF513 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF513 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF513 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
