Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF511 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF511 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF511 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF511 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF511 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
