Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF510 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,319 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF510-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, XPA, and RAD23B. Each is linked with ZNF510 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF510-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF510 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF510 versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF510→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF510) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
