Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF500 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF500 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ZNF500 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF500 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CHOL, LUAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ZNF500 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
