Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF496 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF496-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPF1, GRP, and CNNM2. Each is linked with ZNF496 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF496-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF496 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF496 versus RPF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF496→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF496) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
