The most reproducible ZNF492-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ZNF492 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF492-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF492 results are reported.
