ZNF491

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF491 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,046 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF491-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, RPL5, and TIMMDC1. Each is linked with ZNF491 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF491-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF491 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF491 versus TLN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF491→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF491) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
