Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF484 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,683 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF484-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR171, ZNF516, and RUNDC3A. Each is linked with ZNF484 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF484-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF484 results are reported.
