Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF473 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF473-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, UBE2M, and TRIM28. Each is linked with ZNF473 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF473-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF473 results are reported.
