The most reproducible ZNF473-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Constitutive heterochromatin formation, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with ZNF473 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF473-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF473 results are reported.
