Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF462 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,567 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF462-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR161, IL17RD, and SNHG30. Each is linked with ZNF462 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF462-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF462 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF462 versus GPR161 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF462→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF462) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
