Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF460 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF460 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ZNF460 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF460 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and LIHC are the cancer types where ZNF460 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
