Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF454 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 299 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF454-associated genes across cancer lineages are FNDC3A, MSLN, and PDGFRL. Each is linked with ZNF454 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF454-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF454 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF454 versus FNDC3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF454→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF454) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
