ZNF45

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,045 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF45-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML1, PDCD5, and FYN. Each is linked with ZNF45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF45-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF45 versus SCML1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF45→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
