Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF45-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, OR5B3, and RNU6-750P. Each is linked with ZNF45 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF45-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by ZNF45-low versus ZNF45-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF45→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
