ZNF45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,980 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF45-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF180, ZNF225, and ZNF224. Each is linked with ZNF45 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF45-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF45 versus ZNF180 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF45→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
