ZNF449

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF449 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,563 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF449-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GDI1, MRPS9, and CRTAP. Each is linked with ZNF449 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF449-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF449 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF449 versus GDI1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF449→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF449) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
