Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF449 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF449-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD99L2, PHKB, and MEFV. Each is linked with ZNF449 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF449-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF449 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF449 versus CD99L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF449→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF449) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
