The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF446 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF446 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC and STAD are the cancer types where ZNF446 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
