ZNF446

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF446 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,883 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF446-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, TRIM28, and CBX8. Each is linked with ZNF446 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF446-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF446 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF446 versus VEZF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF446→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF446) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
