Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF446 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF446-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Di-Ras3, and PEA-15. Each is linked with ZNF446 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF446-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF446 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ZNF446-low versus ZNF446-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF446→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF446) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
