Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF446 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF446-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Protein polyubiquitination, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ZNF446 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF446-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF446 results are reported.
