Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF439 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,374 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF439-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL10, RPS6, and RPS8. Each is linked with ZNF439 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF439-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF439 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF439 versus RPL10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF439→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF439) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
