The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF432 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF432 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF432 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
