ZNF43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,616 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTC1, MYEF2, and AGO1. Each is linked with ZNF43 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF43-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF43→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
