Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Protein-DNA complex organization, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with ZNF43 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF43-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF43 results are reported.
