ZNF428

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF428 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,430 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF428-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3A, CIC, and MYPOP. Each is linked with ZNF428 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF428-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF428 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF428 versus GSK3A in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF428→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF428) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
