Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF425 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF425 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF425 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF425 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF425 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
