Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF419 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF419-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, SULT2A1, and SIGLEC5. Each is linked with ZNF419 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF419-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF419 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by ZNF419-low versus ZNF419-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF419→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF419) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
