The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF418 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF418 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZNF418 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
