Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF418 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,036 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF418-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and DNA-templated transcription initiation.
