ZNF416

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF416 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,757 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF416-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, GMPPA, and SPCS3. Each is linked with ZNF416 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF416-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF416 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF416 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF416→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF416) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
