Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF394 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,566 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF394-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM48, PRKRIP1, and GIGYF1. Each is linked with ZNF394 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF394-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF394 results are reported.
