Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF394 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF394-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Peptidyl-serine modification, and Negative regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with ZNF394 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF394-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF394 results are reported.
