The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ZNF385B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF385B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where ZNF385B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
