The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF385B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF385B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LSCC are the cancer types where ZNF385B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
