Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF385B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF385B-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L3, CER1, and SPAG11B. Each is linked with ZNF385B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF385B-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF385B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L3 grouped by ZNF385B-low versus ZNF385B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF385B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF385B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
