Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF385A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF385A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM29, LIPH, and C6orf132. Each is linked with ZNF385A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF385A-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF385A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF385A versus TRIM29 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF385A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF385A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
