The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher ZNF384 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF384 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
THCA, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF384 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
