Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF37BP RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF37BP data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF37BP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF37BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

LIHC, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where ZNF37BP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
