ZNF37BP

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF37BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF37BP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF37BP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF37BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZNF37BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
