ZNF37A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF37A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,256 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF37A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, BRD8, and CPSF6. Each is linked with ZNF37A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF37A-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF37A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF37A versus POGZ in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
