ZNF37A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF37A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,255 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF37A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair, and Constitutive heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with ZNF37A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF37A-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF37A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport grouped by ZNF37A-low versus ZNF37A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
