Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF37A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF37A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G7, PRAMEF19, and KRTAP9-3. Each is linked with ZNF37A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF37A-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF37A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G7 grouped by ZNF37A-low versus ZNF37A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
