ZNF365

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF365 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF365-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A1, RCN3, and ACTN1. Each is linked with ZNF365 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF365-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF365 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF365 versus COL5A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF365→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF365) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
