Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF365 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,401 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF365-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPX, SNORD115-22, and LIPE. Each is linked with ZNF365 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF365-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF365 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF365 versus EPX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF365→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF365) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
