Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF365 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,275 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF365-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gamma-tubulin complex localization, Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, and Regulation of protein processing. Each is linked with ZNF365 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF365-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF365 results are reported.
