Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF362 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF362-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, TP53BP1_S500, and PTK7. Each is linked with ZNF362 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF362-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF362 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF362 versus DNAJC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF362→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF362) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
